Vineyard & Winemaking
Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness after a long, warm summer, this Syrah was open-top fermented, gently pressed and then matured in French oak barriques for 18 months. Approximately 25% was fermented as whole clusters and allowed an extended maceration.
